================================== GENERAL INFORMATION =====================================If you are not comfortable with the terms and / or are not going to agree to them, you should look for another artist.By purchasing any of Cabbage's services you are automatically accepting their Terms of Service as well as promising you won't request any chargeback / refunds without prior discussion:• If you file a chargeback without contacting Cabbage first, your right to everything they have ever made for you will be retracted and they have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from them anymore, and that your username and details about the case may be publicly posted for others to watch out for.✣ Cabbage, the artist, is not responsible if the client fails to read the given terms of service provided.✣ Client acknowledges that this is a paid service for a digital product. No physical products are shipped.You will receive the full-size illustration with a faint watermark along with a smaller low-resolution copy that has a more evident watermark. If you happen to need to re-upload the picture somewhere, Cabbage would appreciate it if you only upload the smaller one and never the big file, except for commercial projects where this rule may not apply:• A tiny signature will always remain on the artwork, except for commercial projects where this rule may not apply.✣ Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, a USB, etc.✣ Cabbage is always striving to grow as an artist so their style is constantly evolving. There may be differences between the samples in their gallery and the illustration you will receive (lineart style, coloring method, composition, etc.).✣ Cabbage will always do their best but you are the one who has to make sure that whatever you order is suitable for their style so there's no future dissatisfaction. Browse their gallery for samples as much as you need. Refer to the "Do's & Don't's" section for more info.✣ Cabbage reserves the right to screenshot, record, stream, make samples of, and / or monetize your purchase on any media they want, unless previously negotiated.✣ Cabbage reserves the right to decline any request for any reason.

=================================== PAYMENT INFORMATION ====================================Payments will be made in USD. If you don’t know how much prices are in your currency you may use this converter.✣ Cabbage requires full payment before they start the artwork. If you need a payment plan, please discuss it with them prior to the commission.Refunds are not available unless an unexpected issue comes up on Cabbage's end, in which you will be refunded in full.Personal Options:
✣ Use as an icon, banner, share a watermarked version on social medias, print to display in your home, etc.
✣ +30% of the total price (will not be uploaded anywhere on the internet)
• If you wish to "un-private" the commission after payment has been sent (to post it anywhere), just send Cabbage a message. There will not be a refund for the 30% private fee.COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS:You are fully responsible for ensuring any commissioned artwork obeys the rules and TOS of that specific service/organization. Cabbage, the artist, takes no responsibility for any artwork rejected by any outside service / organization.Commercial Options:
✣ +100% of the total price (streaming, promotion, game assets, business cards)
✣ +200% of the total price (merchandise, prints, massive reproduction)

======================================= WORK SPEED =========================================✣ Cabbage will try to finish your commission ASAP, however, please be patient with them as they are disabled. The estimated wait time is 7-90 days from the moment they start working on your project, after payment has been sent. If you have ordered more than one illustration or something very complex, the wait time may increase. Holiday purchases are not guaranteed to arrive by the holiday.✣ Work in progress updates are available upon request, but be aware they will not be working on yours every day.✣ Cabbage will always inform you if something causes a delay with the artwork.

================================= COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ===================================Commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY.• You are not authorized to use content produced by the artist for commercial use. That includes to sell, redistribute license, or gain profits from the commission.
• Commercial prices can be discussed via direct message on any of their social medias, their email, or Ko-Fi.As the artist, Cabbage reserves every right to the produced artwork and do whatever they wish with it, for example:• Use the artwork anywhere in order to promote themselves (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project) unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.
• For personal use commissions, they may offer the layered digital files on Ko-Fi or similar sites for learning purposes.
• For commercial use commissions, they may share WIPs on Discord, Twitter, Ko-Fi, or similar sites unless stated otherwise.
• For either commission type, they may record or stream the process behind drawing the artwork unless discussed otherwise.✣ You are allowed to have commissioned artwork animated by another artist as long as it is discussed beforehand.✣ Cabbage, the artist, receives full rights to claim 100% of any unauthorized profits made from the artwork used.You are not allowed to:• Remove Cabbage's signature from the artwork, nor alter the artwork itself, without their consent. This is copyright infringement.
• Copy, trace, heavily reference without credit, redistribute or use Cabbage's work without their permission, nor use any of their creations in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.Should you break the copyright / usage agreement, every right to the commissioned image will be retracted with no refund.

====================================== HOW TO ORDER ========================================✣ Become familiar with the Terms of Service, accept them and fill out the request form given. Wait for their reply so you can discuss any details if needed. They will usually reply in the span of 72 hours, but if they're swamped it might take them longer. Please remember Cabbage is disabled and have patience.✣ If Cabbage accepts your request, you'll be added to their queue / waitlist. Check the waiting list or contact them whenever you want for a status update. They will always inform you if something comes up and there is a further delay with your commission than their disabilities already present.

======================================== CHANGES ===========================================Commission updates (sketches, delays, doubts) will be sent through email or private message via the social you provided. Make sure the email you enter on the Form is one you check regularly.✣ After Cabbage sends you the sketch, check the picture carefully and let them know if anything should be changed.✣ During the sketch stage, they will accept a maximum of two (2) important changes (i.e. an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 2nd change, they have the right to decline any further changes or charge an extra fee per change.✣ After the sketch is approved by you, Cabbage will proceed to finish the picture. They will only share WIPs again in case they're unsure about some details. Imagine a SKEB commission except you can check the status via the Wait List or by asking.You may request two (2) small revisions after the commission is complete. Any further or larger revisions will require additional payment:• Small revisions include color adjustments and any small details they may have forgotten. Any other change will come with an extra fee.✣ If your character's references were unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
